​Forrest began his Electrical career over 30 years ago in his hometown of Charleston, SC. His passion for custom homes was highlighted during his time working closely with builders and homeowners on Kiawah Island, Daniel Island, and the Mount Pleasant area where his reputation for trustworthiness, exceptional customer service, reliability, creativity, and overall professional distinction quickly preceded him. In addition, he has proudly apprenticed many young helpers throughout his career, placing an emphasis on safety, work ethic, and demonstrating excellence on every project.  With the mountains calling, Forrest moved his family to the Foothills of WNC nearly 10 years ago where he maintains the same professional attributes today.

​We are honored to have Sebastian, a Licensed Electrician on our team. His wisdom reaches far beyond his age and his passion for the trade are consistently evident in his craftsmanship. He studies electrical codes and published journals, as well as the fascinating history and evolution of electricity that we know today.Sebastian has been an integral part of our team for over 2 years, and consistently brings creative ideas, critical thinking, directness, stellar work ethic, and a disposition of altruism and kindness. He is a true Patriot and stands firm in his Christian faith.In his spare time, he enjoys long trails of mountain biking and heading to OBX for a weekend of surfing and fishing. The only thing he is more passionate about than the electrical business is his love of the ocean. It is his long term goal is to operate a division of HWS on the NC coast.​

Gabriel has been working alongside Forrest full time for nearly 2 years. In that time, he has gained tremendous knowledge and continuously strives daily to perfect his craft. Truly a natural, one of his best qualities is his ability to troubleshoot and problem solve electrical issues with ease. In addition to this, he brings to the team excellent customer service, exceptional work ethic, physical strength, and comedic relief. He is an absolute pleasure to be around and truly loves to see a job come to completion. In his time off, he is usually found at the gym or mountain biking on a lengthy trail. He is also a coffee connoisseur, with a deep appreciation for pairing the right region to the right roast. He masterfully creates specialty coffees, while honoring the origin of the bean. He is a lover of God and Country, and his passions for both are evident when in his presence. We are so thankful to have Gabriel on our team!

Rhonda has been with HWS since its very beginning. Her role encompasses admin, scheduling, and customer communication. 

With a lengthy background in the counseling and medical field, her attention to detail has served the team well, ensuring that nothing is missed and communication between homeowner and crew is seamless.  

She holds a BS in Clinical Counseling, with a concentration in Corrections and Addictions. Time off usually consists of researching Depression-era homesteading skills, experimenting with new recipes, or savoring the tranquility of her front porch.
